MTR C1260 is a design and build contract delivered under NEC4 Option A, focusing on the seamless integration of advanced communication systems across 10 existing and newly constructed MTR stations. The project encompasses the coordination and installation of 18 distinct sub-systems, each interfacing with the current MTR communication infrastructure.

Our scope includes the design, modification, and construction of electrical and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) routings, fully integrated with the existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems at TCL, TUC, and SHD Phase 1. Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), we collaborate closely with main contractors and system-wide contractors, ensuring highly efficient project delivery, enhanced safety standards, and the minimization of MEP or installation conflicts during construction.

A key focus of MTR C1260 is meticulous MEP coordination within critical equipment spaces, including TX rooms, server/signaling rooms, and wiring closets. With over 10 project stakeholders working collaboratively through BIM technology, we proactively identify and resolve potential clashes, effectively managing critical areas and maintaining the integrity of building layouts and drawings.

By adopting this innovative, BIM-driven approach, we enhance coordination across MEP and ELV disciplines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all project requirements and BIM deliverables.
